Return Policy

We understand that there are instances in which you can be unsatisfied with your purchase. If that's your case, we're here to help. You can request a refund for devices (humidifiers and diffusers) within 30 days of your purchase. To do so, send us an email at support@humbliss.com. Please note that you need to have on you the original packaging in which you received the product. Once you're approved for a refund, you'll receive a follow-up email from us. Essential oils are not eligible for returns, except in instances where you received something different from what was ordered or the package arrived damaged. If that's your case, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us an email at support@humbliss.com so that we can investigate further.
